Member Profiles That Appear To Be Genuine But Aren't:

Online dating is a great way to hook up with people. You can sift through profiles and search for women close to you all from the comfort of your home. Unfortunately not all dating sites are created the same and online scammers have figured out how easy it is to rip off people using fake profiles that they have themselves created. The owners who runFreehookups.com go out of their way to manipulate you, to bamboozle and push people into buying their membership service. Using made up profiles that have images of attractive looking girls can easily duped thousands of men into upgrading and make large amounts of money for the owners of Free Hookups in the process. Freehookups.com is phony from beginning to end. Any dating site that makes their own profiles should never be trusted.

This company most likely has a team of people creating phony profiles around the clock. The profile pictures are usually taken from amateur porn sites and web cam sites or other places where you find large amounts of attractive-looking women period. They try to use images that are either nude or women scantily clad. In their own words Freehookups.com outlines that they use artificial profiles. They call these fake profiles Hookup Assistants. They admit that they utilize "virtual profiles that don't actually correspond to real members of their dating site". They even mention that Hookup Assistants can be "digital actors" aka phony girl. When something is digital it means it's not real it can only be viewed on a computer screen and you can never actually meet Hookup Assistants in person because according to their own writings a Hookup Assistants is a computer-generated person. Anything that's been generated by a computer is not a real life breathing organism. They go on to state that some of the profiles on the site are not actual members and they are used "in an effort to promote participation in their site". That means enticing you and pushing you from a free member into becoming a paid member of the site.

Tip: If the profile of the girl you are viewing looks like she is a pornstar guess what she probably is. Chances are the photograph used in the fake profile you're viewing is actually either how much are pornstar or a webcam model.

HOOKUP ASSISTANTS may be employed by freehookups.com or a third party to enhance Your online experience. For example, an HOOKUP ASSISTANT may provide an electronic introduction to new or existing freehookups.com features or functionality, or discourage inappropriate behavior. By consenting to and accepting these Terms, You acknowledge You fully understand, accept and agree to the HOOKUP ASSISTANTS service. You acknowledge that You understand that some of the profiles and Members displayed on them are not actual members of the site. HOOKUP ASSISTANTS are not associated with any other user of the site, but are sent to You in an effort to promote broader enjoyment, additional activity and fuller participation in all our Services."

Artificial Emails And Instant Messages That Appear To Be Real But Aren't:

. And of course a dating scam wouldn't be the same without the use of artificial emails and instant messages. The website's own admission in their terms and conditions states that they used text-based Communications such as emails to increase activity. Creasing activity means making people upgrade to paid memberships. I also admit that any communication sent from their fake profiles that they call hookup assistance can be sent to multiple numbers at the same time that you are receiving them. It only goes to prove even further that any emails or instant messages you receive are completely fabricated in the dating site is behind the whole darn thing.

Tip: As a rule of thumb if the email messages you are receiving are being sent from porn model looking type women and you are just a regular looking guy then you need to ask yourself if it's real or not. It's a 99% chance that it's not going to be real and you're being sent emails from Hookup Assistants, not real women!

Similarly, You appreciate and understand that any communications from the HOOKUP ASSISTANT may be sent to multiple Accounts at the same or similar time(s). Additionally You understand that You are not guaranteed a response or interaction with any of our HOOKUP ASSISTANTS, nor with any other site user."

Female Members On This Site Are Actually Paid Employees:

Just like a sweatshop factory in China making Nike shoes Freehookups.com employees people most likely in third world countries to interact with you. These people get up every day and their job description is to talk to you, make believe they are interested in you and continuously get you to pay a monthly fee to be a member of this fake dating service. The only way you would ever about the "paid contractors" never know it unless you took the time sat down and sifted through the over 2,000 words in the terms and conditions page. This is the only place you will find out that the website employs people to and we quote "to enhance your online experience". All of this of course comes at a cost because you need to pay to chat with people on the site. Unfortunately unknown to you is that the people chatting with you are employed by the site and they are not the people you think you're talking to. If you think you're interacting with the hot blonde with big fake breasts it's most likely going to be a Filipino man halfway across the world!

"14.2 An HOOKUP ASSISTANT may be … employed by freehookups.com or a third party to enhance Your online experience. For example, an HOOKUP ASSISTANT may provide an electronic introduction to new or existing freehookups.com features or functionality, or discourage inappropriate behavior."

The Site Claims To Have Free Memberships But Wants Your Credit Card Information:

This shouldn't be happening to anybody but some some people are so gullible that they will even give up their personal credit card information to supposedly get a "free membership" to Freehookups.com. Just because it says free on the screen doesn't mean it's true people! On the page they write that "a valid credit card is required to activate a free membership" to their site and it cost you $0. Unfortunately on that same page in very small fine print you actually are charged $39.95 per month. If you gave this site your card info watch out for charges on your credit card statement from the following: 'VBL*echtop.com8554437555 Veranda Beach Ltd. 42-44 Prospect Place, Bromley, Kent, England BR2 9HN'.

This happened to me. However, on the same day I created my profile I also deactivated. I also got an email on that same day about my deactivation. However, 2 days later I was still charged the $39.72 even though I had cancelled my account 2 days prior. Will I ever see my money back for this? I already emailed them so I am just waiting for reply now. If not, I will have to call them. They left a number 1-888-556-6483 to call when I received their email on my deactivation. Have you heard of anyone getting their money back?
