This includes involving of any government agency bringing legal action against them. If you do bring any kind of action against them they state that they are allowed liquidated damages in the amount of $50,000 per breach. Where these people come up with this idea is beyond us.

If they can actually implement this is beyond our scope and knowledge of the legal system. But they are either trying to scare people so they don't take legal action against them or they really believe that they can get $50,000 for every incident of a person trying to claim legal damages against them. Either way this is disgusting and shows how corrupt and twisted these people are.
