Summary Of The Scam:
- This Site Is Not A Personals Service It's An Entertainment Site
- Artificial Female Members Called "Online Cuties"
- Bogus Email Messages Sent To Male Members
- 3rd Party Contractors Used To Lead On Members Into Upgrading
Milfshookup.com Is An Entertainment Site, Not A Dating Service:
The people behind Milfshookup.com describe the site as an "entertainment site", not a dating service. In the terms and conditions section 9 they stated the site is built and designed like a dating site but it's actually an entertainment service. They actually state that all profiles are provided for the "amusement and entertainment of our members". The website is not a dating site and the members profiles are used to entertain people. It basically means that this is not a real dating site you're just looking at a form of entertainment like watching a football game or something to that effect. It's quite amazing what they are revealing here. They're not offering you a dating service where you can actually meet people, find a date or someone that you can actually hook up with in real life. No, this is strictly a site where you spend time and look at fake profiles and receive automated email messages from women who are not even members of the site. How Ludacris does this sound to you? The fact is that the terms and conditions clearly state this, it's not something we made up it's completely real.
Taken from the terms page:
"FOR AMUSEMENT PURPOSES ONLY: You understand and accept that our site, while built in the form of a personals service, is an entertainment service. All profiles are provided for the amusement and entertainment of our members and our users."
There Are No Real Women, Just Bogus Female Members Labeled "Online Cupids":
Unfortunately you are shot at finding legit member profiles on this site are close to zero. Milfshookup admits to manufacturing member profiles as part of a marketing program they have labeled "Online Cupids". All the real info you would find in a normal profile such as text and photographs is also contained in the illegitimate "Online Cupid" profiles created by the site. They admit that nothing contained in an "Online Cupid" service profile is designed to resemble or mimic any real person, living or dead. As crazy as that sounds they're stating they makeup female members and use those female members as part of their membership database. Just the fact that the website admits to this fraud is amazing. But what is more amazing is that this site is still operating after many years of being online. Where are the safeguards from the government? Where is the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) that is there to protect consumers from these type of businesses?
All "Online Cupid" profiles have the "Online Cupid" logo . Searching through the members on the site, "Online Cupids" were the only members we came across, they were all phony. Also all the emails we received from other members were also 100% bogus "Online Cupids".
(Two "Online Cupids that contacted us. The logo for an Online Cupid is , as you can see in both profiles.)
Taken from the terms page:
"THIS SITE USES FANTASY PROFILES CALLED ONLINE CUPIDS®: You understand, acknowledge, and agree that some of the user profiles posted on this site may be fictitious and operated by the Site or its contractors. These profiles and related messages are conspicuously labeled with the Online Cupids logo . You understand, acknowledge, and agree that the information, text, and pictures contained in the Online Cupids® service profiles do not pertain to any actual person, but are included for entertainment and educational purposes only. Life events, experiences, interests, and geographic locations are fictitious. Nothing contained in any Online Cupids® service profile or message is intended to describe or resemble any real person – living or dead. Any similarity between Online Cupids® user profile descriptions or images and any person is purely coincidental..
Fake Email Messages Sent To Male Members:
Any email correspondence sent to us was sent via the "Online Cupids" marketing program. The emails according to the terms and conditions are "automatically generated emails with no human involvement". This means that the email messages we received weren't real. They also state that these emails may be sent via third-party contractors that are hired by Millfshookup.com to sell upgraded subscriptions to their dating service.
You may have noticed that after you send 3 free emails you can no longer send emails to anyone else. From there on in you are requested to upgrade. Unfortunately the only emails we received were completely bogus. "Online Cupids" wish we have already determined to be fake profiles were used to send us computer generated email correspondence as well as to all other to free members. This marketing strategy works because most people don't realize that the emails they are getting are in fact false and just a strategy to get you to upgrade to paid membership.
Taken from the terms page:
"Messages sent from our Online Cupids® service may be automatically generated with no human involvement, and Online Cupids® messages and/or correspondence may be generated by third-parties hired or contracted by Us. The Online Cupids® service is also intended to proactively monitor user activities and other communications to ensure compliance with Our Privacy Policy, internal operating policies, and Our Terms and Conditions."
3rd Party Contractors Used To Lead On Members Into Upgrading:
Would you be shocked to learn that some people have the job of interacting with members on this site and pretend that they are looking to meet people. These employees and third party contractors that represent the site act as if they're legitimate people. They send you emails, and you reply back and forth to these individuals. Of course what you're not being told is that these third party contractors not only get paid to chat and send you email communications but in all cases don't resemble or look like the people portrayed in the profiles you think you are interacting with. It's all a sham that targets your wallet. They want your money and that's it. How they do this is relatively simple to understand. Sending emails to people is not free so you have to pay for the luxury of interacting with other members but employees are the ones you end up chatting with!

The Judgment:
"Entertainment sites" aka fake dating sites like Milfshookup have been in business for far too long. It's hard to believe they haven't gotten a knock on the door by government officials as of yet. Unfortunately they've been in business for many years and continue with their fraudulent deceptive marketing agenda. For this reason we suggest you stay away from this sham dating service.
