Computer Generated Virtual Member Profiles Created And Operated By The Staff To Deceive You:

It may sound ridiculous that any dating would use fake women or what Flirt Local likes to call "computer generated virtual profiles" but that's exactly what's going on here. And the really crazy thing is they they point out that this is going on right on the front page of their site. They confess to the whole thing like it's no big deal. This is the excerpt from the site:

"I have read the Terms & Conditions / Privacy Policy,

I also agree to receive email newsletters, account updates, special offers and communications from computer generated virtual profiles, targeted to me and my interests, sent by FlirtLocal.com."

Pretty shocking to believe that Flirtlocal.com would even come up with the idea of making fake profiles but they tell everyone on their home page. But unfortunately men still join this site by the thousands without even realizing they are walking right into a huge trap filled with bogus girls everywhere.

Why Are They Even Using Virtual Profiles To Begin With?

This site doesn't have any real women on it that's the main reason they go out of their way to manufacture sham profiles and then try to make you believe that there are real girls seeking to hook up with you. Actually any site that's involved in creating make believe women should be shut down by law enforcement. Men are joining this site expecting to interact and chat with real life women not embellished ladies. It's not only dishonest but they are also using deceptive and probably illegal marketing tactics. The FTC (Federal Trade Commission) is a Federal agency that investigates these type of allegations and then fines companies who are involved in this type of behavior.

JDI was fined over $600,00 by the FTC for using fake profiles in October 2014. Why does Flirtlocal.com think they can get away with using the exact same deceitful profiles 2 years later? At least you are now informed about their misleading marketing methods.

Phony Email Messages Created And Sent By Computer Bots:

The second part of their scam is to start bombarding you with tons of emails. All the emails we received were sent not from real members but from computer bots created to appear to be real members; This web site actually has software specially designed and created to send automated emails to their members. And once again they don't hide the fact that they are using software to send emails to their members. They specifically outline that they use automated programs to simulate real members. And they admit that any communications are created by the use of computer programming. If you thought real women were sending you erotic emails well now you know the truth, it's all fake. Absolutely no real life humans are sending you any emails. All the emails you get are from robots.

And the real kicker here is that they want you to pay for the privilege of replying to the emails you get from the computer bots. Of course you have no clue this is going on when you buy a membership but think of that for a minute. You need to buy a membership so you can interact and chat to a computer program built to pretend to be a girl chatting with you.

And some of the members that you come across could be real but guess what they are literally paid and receive a pay check to talk with you, send you instant messages and email you. These are paid employees and contractors who are employed by Flirtlocal.com to make you believe that they are interested in you but in reality all they are doing is just doing their job. They have no intentions of ever pursuing a real relationship with you. And for all we know the girls in the member profiles are most likely not the people you are conversing. They could even be and probably are men who are just pretending to be women. Remember they are paid to to make you and keep you buying a monthly membership.

And incredibly they also confess that they pay people to chat with you! Their terms and conditions is a gold mine of information that explains in their own words how they employ and contract people to interact with their members!

"we may employ or contract for the paid services of real persons who may interact with you as part of their compensated employment. While these communications may seem genuine, authentic, and personal, they may be broadcast simultaneously to a large number of persons and possess none of these qualities"

You Cannot Sue The Operators And Employees Of Flirtlocal.com:

According to their own writings you agree not to go after the owners, employees or contractors for damages as a result of the fake misleading profiles that they create and use on you and other members. Can you believe that they actually put up the statement shown below in their terms and conditions page. First they do everything in their power to trick and scam you but apparently you are not allowed to go after them for that very reason because they said so? It would be interesting to see if this would hold up in a court of law.
