This Site Is For "Amusement Purposes Only":
Did you know that this site is designed and created for "amusement purposes only". They specifically state that "all profiles are provided for the amusement and entertainment of our members and our users". As we continue our in the examination into Over40only.com it will become quite clear that this is not an actual dating site but according to their own words it's more of an entertainment / amusement site. They don't expect you to meet real people on this site. And they utilize many different methods to entertain you, all of which are not created for you to meet real people in person. Why would a dating site say that they are for amusement purposes?. Amusing yourself is when you go watch a comedy show, not when you're on a dating site seeking to meet women for real life encounters. For now just understand that this is not a real dating site, it's actually just a money grab created by greedy people who don't care.

This Site Uses Fantasy Profiles Termed "Online Cupids"(Fake Members):
This website uses something called fantasy profiles. According to the website fantasy profiles are known as "Online Cupids" 
. But what exactly is an Online Cupids? According to the terms and conditions an Online Cupid is a fictitious fantasy profile that is operated by the site or its contractors. Online Cupid profiles don't pertain to any real person. Apparently as stated in the terms they are included in the website for "entertainment purposes only". All the information in Online Cupids including the text and pictures are not real, they have been created by the dating site and its staff members. Nothing in an Online Cupid profile has been designed to resemble any real person living or dead.
This is unbelievable information, Over40only.com is in the business of fabricating fake female member dating profiles. But why would they do this? One thing you need to realize about dating sites is the ratio of men to women is 99 to 1. And they know that men will not pay for a dating service if its going to be a sausage fest. To get around this problem they manufacture fantasy member profiles. The end result is a dating service where your opportunity to chat with and meet women in real life is almost impossible.

Computer Generated Email Messages:
Why would a dating service use computer generated emails to send to their members? This is not a joke, it's actually 100% real and verifiable. When will when we were reading the terms and conditions they specifically stated that they use computer generated email messages. These are automatically generated email messages with absolutely no humans involved in sending them. These email messages are sent to third party companies and individuals that have been hired and contracted by the dating service. But why do they send out any emails to their members? We found out after you send out 3 emails messages you are required to upgrade to send any more email messages. This is totally understandable, since the dating site is supposedly offering a service to their customers. But after closer examination we noticed that every girl who sent us an email was a fantasy profile aka Online Cupid. This means that every email we received was completely fake . Upgrading is completely ridiculous, why would we need to pay to send emails to fake female members who are sending us computer generated email? The whole thing is a sham. Out of all the emails we received, not one email was from a legitimate person. Every single piece of email we got was from a fantasy profile, unbelievable!

Employees Pretend To Be Female Members:
Do you realize that this website actually has a staff of people were paid to chat with you? They are also involved in sending you emails and basically pretending to be legit female members. These Online Cupid contractors manage the fake Online Cupid profiles. They are not the people you see in the profile. The person chatting with you and sending you email messages is completely different from the photograph you see in the profile. Just the fact that this site actually employs people whose duty it is to lie to you is truly sickening. The reason they do this is that you need to purchase a paid subscription if you want to communicate with other members of the site. Obviously most people don't realize that a dating site would go to the extent of hiring people to pretend to be interested in you, but that is exactly what's happening! It is a form of fraud that makes thousands of dollars per day for the operators of the site.

You Can't Break The Law But They Can:
You're not allowed to use this site for unlawful purposes which makes absolute sense to us. What doesn't make sense is how the site is allowed to be involved in creating phony profiles and paying employees to pretend to be female members, isn't this breaking the law? Talk about a double standard!

Something that you might not be aware of but should be informed of is that your profile will be visible on other dating sites that are owned by the parent company of Over 40 Only. This company owns over 10 different dating sites so don't be surprised if you register on other dating sites and find that your profile is already there. If you're looking for discreet encounters having your profile plastered on 10 different dating sites may not be the best way to be discreet.
