Wellhello.com brands itself as a dating service but sifting through their own terms and conditions section #6 paragraph #2 you would be hard pressed to believe that. Especially when they confess that some of the members are fictitious people that have been created by their own employees. We're not sure if you knew that but that but it could be one of the reasons why you're not having any luck on the site. This tutorial will show you how to cancel your paid membership and delete your profile. You can follow the easy step by step process below and your profile should be deleted in no time. If you purchased a paid membership on this site you might want to call your bank and reverse the charges based on the fact that Wellhello.com confesses to creating fictitious persons.
How To Delete Your WellHello.com Account / Profile
- Login to Wellhello.com
- Go to the "Contact Us" page located on the left hand side of the site.
- Scroll down that page and click on the blue button that says "Create a new ticket".
- You will see the words "Write A Message", in that section you need to tell the Wellhello.com staff that you want to delete your profile, give them your user name, full name and email address.
- Click "Send".
How To Cancel Your Paid Membership / Subscription
- Login to Wellhello.com
