This tutorial will show you how to stop getting unwanted email messages from Regionflirts.com. On top of that we also show you how to delete your dating profile from their website. If you need to contact customer support we've also included their email address so you can reach customer service.

How To Delete Your Profile

1. First you need to login to Regionflirts.com.
2. Click on this link (Regionflirts.com/settings), which takes you to the settings page.
3. Look for "Delete My Account" a pink button found on the bottom right hand side of the page.
4. A pop will appear "Warning! When you delete your account there is no way back and all your messages and credits will be removed!
   Are you sure?"
5. Click OK.
6. Now your account will be removed.

How To Stop Receiving Email Messages

1. First you need to login to Regionflirts.com.
2. Click on this link (Regionflirts.com/settings), which takes you to the settings page.
3. Next uncheck all the emails that you want to stop receiving.
4. Then click the grey "Save" button to update your email notifications.
