How To Cancel Your Paid Membership (Using Your Latop Or PC), Not Mobile Phone
- To cancel your paid membership you must contact their support staff by email at
- Send them a quick sentence telling them that you want to cancel your account, something to the effect of, "you the buyer want to cancel your agreement with Asiacharm.com".
- Include your full name and email address when contacting them.

How To Delete Your Profile

- Then you need to go to your profile page.
- Change your age and use a fake name then click the green save button.
- Then change the "About Me" page section and click the green save button.
- Now your profile page should be totally different to who you are.
- This is the same as deleting your profile.
How To Stop Receiving Email Messages & Push Notifications
- You need to go to the settings page by clicking on this link.
- Scroll down that page and start clicking on the orange email icons and orange bell icons that you want to stop receiving.
- Now you have unsubscribed for any emails and push notifications that you want to stop.

Hi. just to let everyone know,I followed the steps above and sent email to cancel ,I then switched off the email and push buttons and then opened my prophile to chang it and I found a cancel profile button in my prophile area . there is also an unsubscribe link on the log in page. I don't know if this is a new thing , but check it out, it seems to work. I just went to prophile entered my password to get in to change name etc. as advised and saw this button.clicked it . enter email and everything disappeared and just went back to login home page.i tried to log in and nothing happens, join link works though.Hopefuly thats the end of it.:o)
