Localmatureclub.com thinks it's perfectly fine that they are creating profiles on their own website. The role of a dating site is to build a dating service, and then be responsible for the upkeep and administration of their dating site. Who has ever heard of a dating site taking it upon themselves to create dating profiles on their own website?
It's like opening up a nightclub and filling the nightclub with people women that you pay to be there. You can't actually meet these women because they're paid to be there. They're not there to meet men. It's the same as creating a dating site and then building fictitious profiles on your own dating platform. It's not very fair and it's actually very misleading to people joining Local Mature Club thinking that the site is a great place to meet mature women.
We're not sure if you read through the terms and conditions page or not but you definitely should. In the terms they openly admit that they reserve the right to create profiles on their platform (their dating site). They tell us that by accepting these terms of use that the user understands and accepts that some of the profiles on the platform are there for fictitious. It doesn't get any more blatant than that. They're telling us point blank "we are creating fictitious profiles on our website".
One thing we forgot to mention is that they openly admit that the "profiles are fictitious and they've been created only to exchange messages with". They built a whole dating site, created fake profiles and they openly tell us that the reason for these fake profiles is to send messages is beyond ridiculous!

…we may use moderated and fictive profiles for online adult entertainment purposes. Festivus Media BV expressly reserves the right to send messages to this site by self-created profiles. Physical contact with these fictive profiles is not possible"
Fictitious Messages Sent On Behalf Of The Website:
How far fetched is it to believe that fictitious emails are being sent to you on Localmatureclub.com and who's responsible for sending you those emails, the website is! In their eyes they think it's perfectly fine not only to create fictitious dating profiles but also to send email messages through those fictitious dating profiles.Their plan is to email you hundreds of emails. And, they realize that by sending you hundreds of fictitious email messages chances are you're going to want to reply to at least a few of those email messages which will cost you money. Sending emails to other people on the website isn't possible until you buy credits.
It doesn't really matter that the emails you're receiving are phony, from their perspective they expect you to pay so you can reply to fake email messages. It really is ludicrous when you sit there and think about what they're trying to pull on all of us. They've created a Matrix dating site where nothing is as it seems. They fabricate fake profiles and now we've learned that there also directly responsible for sending people bogus messages. It's a fraud on top of a fraud on top of another fraud. And the goal is always to make money. It doesn't really matter that they need to lie to you and deceive you all that matters is money. The morals of some people are so low that they will do absolutely anything in their power to make money.

This Site Isn't Designed For You To Meet Real Women:
It is not the goal of Local Mature Club for you to meet people on dates or in person for any reason. The reason we're telling you this is because that's exactly what it's telling us in the terms page of the website. Obviously they realize their website is fake and they are truthfully telling you it's not the aim of the website for you to be able to physically meet people in person. That's because the website is like a virtual world. All the profiles are virtual, all the emails and messages are virtual there for how is it possible that you can meet these bogus profiles in person. You can't of course!

They Create A Fake Dating Site Then Deny Themselves Of Being Liable:
Even though they are most likely breaking laws and definitely lying to people they deny themselves of any liability that is allowed by the law according to their terms page. Is quite shocking how cocky the people behind Localmatureclub.com are. They literally have gone out of their way to build a fake dating service that utilizes fictitious profile pages and phony email messages and they want you to pay for it! Then, they deny themselves of any liability.
