The Owners Of Meet40plus.com Create Simulated (Fake) Profiles:
When you join a dating site it's really important that you take the time to read the terms page. This is where they always hide the most important parts of how they operate their dating site. When we say operate we mean how the site functions and what's actually going on in the shadows that you have no clue about.
One thing that we found out right away when we checked out the terms page was the sad fact that Meet40plus.com is using simulated fake profiles throughout their site. The company that owns Meet 40 Plus is called Festivus Media BV and they stated they reserve the right to create profiles and use those fictitious profiles to send email messages on behalf of these phony accounts.
Anytime a dating site openly admits they're creating fake profiles and fake accounts we really suggest you delete your member profile and close your account because there's absolutely no way you're going to find real people that you can meet in real life encounters when it's all set up as a scam.
You might be thinking why in the hell would a dating site start wasting their time making fake profile pages. There aren't enough legitimate female members on Meet40plus.com. How can you create a dating site without women, unless you're trying to make a gay dating site? The amount of men registering on hookup sites like Meet 40 Plus is quite high, but the amount of women joining a site like Meet40plus.com is very low. So what you have is thousands of male profiles and very, very few female profiles. Why then would any guy want to register and pay for a membership on here? If there is a small pool of women who in their right mind is going to purchase a monthly membership. No one!
To make it look like a more equal playing field Festivus media is building fictitious female profile pages. This makes it on the surface appear the amount of women looking for sex is much greater than it truly is. It's all an illusion, a trick that gives you the idea that lots of women in your community are looking for sex on Meet 40 Plus. Nothing is real or truthful on here.
Taken from the terms page section 3.9:
"Festivus Media BV explicitly reserves the right to create profiles on the Platform and to send messages to the User on behalf of these accounts. By accepting these Conditions of Use, the User understands and accepts that some of the profiles on the Platform are therefore fictitious and they have been created only to exchange Messages with; real-life meetings are not possible for such Accounts."
The Owners Of Meet40plus Send Pretend Messages To The Members:
The company that owns Meet40plus which is called Festivus media has really taken the time to pull the wool over your eyes. They are behind the creation of fictitious profile pages. On top of that they're also involved in using those fictitious profile pages to send registered users pretend emails. The email messages that Festivus media sends to members are fake. The emails look as if they have been sent from women on the site. The emails are coming from fake girls that the site has created. So let's break this down for a minute. First of all they create fake profiles then they used those bogus profile pages to send you phony, made up email messages. When you read the e-mails the women who supposedly sent you the email messages are not legitimate. These have been self-created profiles from Festivus media (the owner of Meet40plus). It may sound a little bit complicated but just understand that it's all fake. Nothing is real on the site, the emails are fake and the profiles are fake.
We received 85 emails, all of which are you guessed it FAKE! You can read as many emails as you want but when it comes to replying and sending e-mails back that's a different story. You need to purchase credits so you can email people. That's probably one of the reasons that we got 80 for emails. The owners of this dating service try their their damndest to get you to upgrade and buy their paid membership packages.
Taken from the terms page section 3.9:
"We expressly reserve the right to send messages to this site by self-created profiles."
Real Life Meetings Aren't Possible:
Another eyebrow raiser in the terms and conditions is a statement where Festivus media admits that real-life meetings aren't possible with the fictitious dating accounts (that they create) that are used to exchange bogus messages. The reasons has an eyebrow razor is why are they putting this in their terms and conditions? We understand they're trying to scam us but why write it in your terms page? How does that help the site when they're confessing to their crimes on their own website? The fact that an actual dating site receives credit card payments is telling us they are a fraud that creates fake profiles and confesses that you cannot meet the profiles for real life meet ups is shocking!
Taken from the terms page section 3.9:
"The User understands and accepts that some of the profiles on the Platform are therefore fictitious and they have been created only to exchange Messages with; real-life meetings are not possible for such Accounts."

The Judgment:
The moral of the story is this, always take the time and read the terms page. It doesn't matter how boring it is because you may come across that nugget of information that will save you hundreds of dollars like we did with Meet 40 Plus. Spending any amount of money on this site is like draining it down the toilet. Look elsewhere for real women to interact with, this site is a trap!

Tonight i have paid 7.99 for eight credits and then i read your revview and have snt a message asking for my money back. I know i should have read your piece first. ?? anything i can do ?
Ralph
Yes Ralph, you can contact customer support for your bank and tell them you got scammed from Meet40plus.com. They can get your money back for you.
I signed up to meet40plus thinking it was a site that could help find a woman to meet. I learnt soon that this site was not for talking to and possibly meeting someone face to face. After spending money on credits that I didn't really have I decided to look into the site further. This site is a SCAM. I fell for it and would like to warn others who are considering using this site DON'T you will only lose your money. They don;t give refunds even if you repeatedly send them asking for. After a while I decided put this matter down to experience and find a site that is genuine, I will be contacting my bank to try and get a refund.
