Sexyblackpeople.com
Summary Of The Scam:
- Simulated Profiles Created By Paid Employees
- Fishy Emails & Instant Messages That Are Falsified
- Untrusted Automatic Notifications: Winks & Profile Views Are All Simulated
Simulated Profiles Created By Paid Employees:
Although they will never come out and admit to the fact that they're creating profiles on their front page that's exactly what they are doing. Everything you need to know is in the terms and conditions section, this is where they confessed to creating phony profile pages. these simulated dating profiles are found everywhere on the site. The real problem is they disguise these profiles so well that you can't tell who's real and who's fake. You can't differentiate between a simulated profile and the real girls. Both look exactly the same.
The shady technique of making artificial profile pages wasn't invented by Sexyblackpeople.com but they use it as much as they can. This type of trick has been used for many, many years and has ripped off and defrauded hundreds of thousands of dating consumers across the world. Unfortunately the technique of using falsified phony profiles works extremely that it's now a staple with online dating fraudsters.
We strongly suggest not using this dating service based on just this information however there is a lot more to come out in our review that will have your head shaking and your job dropping.
Taken from the terms page section #1:
"We may, from time to time, create profiles which are created, maintained and managed by our employees ("Staff Profiles")."
Fishy Emails & Instant Messages That Are Falsified:
All the messages and instant messages that we received while members of Sexyblackpeople were automated. Every time you attempt to respond to an instant message or an email you're always taken to the payment page that tells you you must buy a membership if you want to chat or email women on the site.
When something is automated it means it's working on its own. Emails, instant messages and other forms of communications are all automated. What's sending the emails to our email inbox is software computer scripts used solely for the reason of sending free members simulated falsified messages that manipulate the free users into believing they're receiving correspondence from legit female members. This is not what is really going on. Any form of communication is being deployed using computer bot programs. If you get any emails or instant messages go and try to read them or reply to them you will automatically be redirected to an upgrade page that requires and asks you to give your credit card information to purchase a monthly membership so you can use the full features of the site including the ability to reply and send emails and instant messages to other members. Remember though it's all one big fat lie!
Untrusted Automatic Notifications: Winks & Profile Views Are All Simulated:
A wink is a notification that tells you when someone has flirted with you. If you want to flirt with some and show them that you like them you can always click the wink button and that notification is sent to the member you're interested in.
On Sexyblackpeople.com the winks are all automatic. Computer software programs are being used to send free members automated wink notifications. The reasoning behind this is that if you see that women are sending you winks there might be a chance that you will try to initiate a conversation, chat message or an email to the female winking at you. You have no clue the wink is automated so this scam works extremely well in manipulating people into buying upgraded memberships.
Also part of this same scenario is profile views. You will receive automated notifications that make you want to believe women are viewing your profile. It's yet another con to watch out for. The computer programs can make it look like women are checking out your profile but it's all B.S.
Taken from the terms page:
"To boost interaction between our members and in order to notify them of newly registered matches and any activity of that new user (i.e. registration, photo upload etc.) we may, from time to time, use an automatic pop up notification system and other communication channels e.g. inbox or instant messages to send Activity Alerts to you. Activity Alerts will be marked in your inbox with a specific icon, and some auto generated Activity Alerts may require an upgraded Paid Membership in order to see the content of message and reply to it.
Is It Illegal For Sites To Use Bot Programs That Try To Resemble & Simulate Real People?
A very good question to ask, Is it illegal for dating sites to use computer scripts that have been built to simulate real people. From the perspective of a consumer if you ended up buying a membership because you thought you were going to get laid because a girl initiated a conversation with you via email or instant message. Then later you found out it was actually a bot, is this considered fraud? At the end of the day you never actually got what you were promised and also is the fact that the dating site is involved in deliberately trying to mislead you. All of these questions open up a a huge bowl of questions.
If the dating site is involved in trying to trick you and mislead you shouldn't they be be held responsible in a court of law for their actions. Would this not fall under some kind of unfair Trade Practices that should be handled by the Federal Trade Commission. There must be some kind of way to hold these people accountable for deliberately trying to defraud people. We are not lawyers and we don't know any lawyers so if there are any lawyers out there reading this we would love to hear your input on if people can take legal action against Sexyblackpeople for misleading consumers into purchasing paid memberships that resulted in nothing but lost money.
Who Owns Sexyblackpeople.com?
Doing some digging around and due diligence we found out that Sexy Black People is owned by a corporation called Nelfor Services Limited. You can reach them at [email protected] .A quick Google search revealed that they are responsible for numerous faux dating sites as well as dating apps. Some of the list of scam sites includes Hookupsfinder.com, Hellohotties.com, Getaffair.com, Flirtydesires.com, and Upforit.com. Do a Google search and you will keep digging and finding more info that will connect all the dots for you. This is how you protect yourself from scamming websites and con artists.
Nelfor Services is of course located offshore in the British Virgin Islands like so many of these fraudulent tax free corporations operating fake dating sites. They're either located in the British Virgin Islands or Cyprus for tax and legal reasons. We always suggest finding out who owns the dating site that you are a member of. Find out who the corporation is, look for their address and from there you can get a glimpse of the kind of people you're dealing with. If they're located offshore, why are the offshore is it strictly for tax reasons or is it also for to avoid legal prosecution in the United States or in Europe? The directors who are involved in the corporations that own these dating Networks know what they're doing is essentially a scam. The money is however too great so they use lawyers, tax accountants and other specialists to help them build their businesses that are impugn from legal action.
