Non Existent Fake Women Blanket The Site At Every Turn:
The same way that people think that reality shows are actually real is a comparison of what's going on with Upforsex.com. When you join the site you think you're going to interact with real people. Unfortunately this is absolutely not what's really happening. Just like paid actors on reality shows Upforsex.com utilizes fake, made up, illegitimate, bogus women. The general public has no clue when they join this site that they're walking into a minefield of lies, deceptions and tricks. This website is constructed to trick you. The number one way they deceive people is with the fictitious embellished, bogus profiles of women.
To the novice user everything looks on the up-and-up, what could be wrong? The females on the site all look real, they all have photographs in their profile pages and all the information is filled out so what could be the problem? What if we told you that everything was wrong! The profile pictures are not of anyone who joined the site. In many cases these profile photos have been stolen or copied from other sites and used to make up the fantasy profiles that you imagine to be real. And all the data in the profile pages is all trumped up. None of it's real, it's all the land of make believe built to trick you. Just like the U.S elections, this site is all rigged against you.
Taken from the terms page section i6:
THIS SITE USES FANTASY PROFILES CALLED "ONLINE FLIRT®" In order to enhance your amusement experience, to stimulate you and others to use our Services more extensively, and to generally sprinkle some sparkle and excitement into the Services of UPFORSEX.COM, we may post fictitious profiles,"
Messages Sent To You From Autonomous Computer Robot Software:
Computers can make our lives much easier and they have done so in the past 30 years. But not only can they be used good, they can be used for bad as well. When it comes to Upforsex.com a computer software system has been created and is being used by the staff of this site to send pre composed emails to people who join the dating site. The scenario works like this. You register on Upforsex.com as a free member. Shortly thereafter you will start to be inundated with emails from all types of women that are apparently located in your community. Every time one of these emails comes into your inbox and you try to read it or send a message back to the imaginary girl who sent you the email you must upgrade your membership before you can communicate with that person. This is all a fantasy and none of it's real. You need to understand that computer programming is being used against you. These computer programs are designed to manipulate and push you into upgrading so the owners of the site can make a fortune off of your misfortune.
Most people who join dating sites are looking to meet someone, once emails are being sent to you if you don't know the con being played against you then to will will bite the bullet and pay the $30 membership so you can send e-mails back to the girls who supposedly are in communication with you.
These well thought-out elaborate schemes by these criminals brings in hundreds of thousands and possibly millions of dollars per year. A quick peek at their terms and conditions page we spot that this is all admitted! They admit they use "automated programs".
Taken from the terms page section i6:
"we may generate or respond to communications by means of automated programs or scripts that simulate or attempt to simulate your intercommunication with another real human being (though none really exists and any dialog is generated by programming)."

Employees Disguised And Pretend To Be Members Of The Site:
By now you should be mad at what you're reading in this review. If you thinking of taking some kind of legal action against these people we found some interesting information in their terms and conditions page. On the terms page they state that we as members have to "unconditionally release the owners and operators" and anyone connected to the Upforsex.com scam for their use of "false, misleading or deceptive statements in the personal profiles". This is ridiculous! The people creating the fake profiles are not allowed to be held accountable for their fraudulent law breaking crimes! They think however since we need to agree to the terms and conditions we give up our right to go after these people for the fraud that they have done!
Taken from the terms page section i7:
"7…you hereby unconditionally release us and our owners, operators, officers, directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, successors, attorneys, contractors, and assigns, and all other persons from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature..
false, misleading, or deceptive statement contained in any personal profile, post, rating, evaluation, comment, instant chat, email, or communication through the use of our Services, whether originated by us, another Member, any user of our Services, or any other person, and
false, misleading, or deceptive appearance, suggestion or implication of the authorship, origin, sincerity, motivation or intent of any personal profile, post, rating, evaluation, comment, instant chat, email, or communication published or transmitted through the use of our Services, whether actually originated by us, another Member, any user of our Services, or any other person."
